Parents	Type	A Class whose members are themselves Classes.
Instances	BackCatalogOrder	An OrderType in which the referenced Releases are back catalog Releases.
	ExpressOrder	An OrderType in which the referenced Releases should be procesed expeditioulsy.
	HardDiskOrder	An OrderType in which the referenced Releases have been provided on a hard disk to the MessageRecipient.
	MetadataOnlyOrder	An OrderType in which only metadata and no Resources are delivered.
	NewReleaseOrder	An OrderType in which the referenced Releases are new Releases.
