A Period covered by a License.

Comments	LicensePeriod: Scope A LicensePeriod describes the Period in which the Permissions or Prohibitions of the License apply. It is typically used as a default value to be applied to all permitted or prohibited Events where none is explicitly stated. It is not a TimeOfLicense, but a displaced attribute referring to other Contexts referenced by the License.
