A CollectiveManagementOrganization may also be a Licensor, a RightsAdministrator, a LicensingAgent or a RightsHolder. The CollectiveManagementOrganization may or may not be the MessageSender or MessageRecipient of a message in a specific information exchange defined by a DDEX Standard.
