A message term for mc-us-lod:LoDMessage, mc-us-lod:LoDConfirmationMessage.

A Party that acts, in the context of a License, for a Licensor. LicensingAgents may act for a RightsController in the context of a License agreement. The LicensingAgent may or may not be the MessageSender or MessageRecipient of a message in a specific information exchange defined by a DDEX Standard.
