Relationships
Parents	Resource	A digital Fixation of an expression of an abstract Work (such as a SoundRecording, a Video, an Image, Software, or a passage of Text).
Children	Codec	An algorithm to compress and uncompress a Resource for storage and/or transmission. Note that this is not a container format (e.g. WAV files can use PCM and MP3 codecs).
	OperatingSystem	A Software application which is a Computer operating system.
