A supporting term for the messages.

A Characteristic of an Entity expressed as a numerical measure.

Comments

Scope: A Quantity is a Characteristic which is measured on some numeric scale. It is comprised of one or more Numbers and a MeasurementUnit (for example, 10 UsDollars; 33 rpm; 50 percent; 14.3 mm).

Parents	Characteristic	An intrinsic Attribute of an Entity which is an instance of an Aspect of that Entity.
Children	Amount	A Quantity of money.
	Count	A number of occurrences of a Resource.
	Duration	A Quantity of Time.
