LocalVisibilityAnchor

A supporting term for the messages.

A LocalAnchor which acts as a local Identifier of a set of visibility dates, i.e. dates defining when a Release can be shown to Consumers. This LocalAnchor is a xs:string starting with the letter V.

Relationships
Parents	LocalAnchor	A String which acts as a local Identifier. It is used to provide structural integrity of the Messages and is represented in XML as an xs:ID Element.
