mc-us-lic:LicenseRequestMessage

A Message in the US Musical Works Licensing Message Suite and Choreography Standard, which conveys information about a Request for a License for a MusicalWork or RightShare thereof. The message can also be used to convey intentions to use under an existing License (e.g. when controlled composition clauses apply or when a statutory License applies). This message has been developed specifically for the US market.
