Futurism
Cross-domain artistic movement initiated by the Italian Filippo Tommaso Marinetti with his publication of the Manifesto of Futurism in 1909. Musically, Futurism involved the rejection of traditional music and instead focused on experimental sounds, often produced by or in imitation of machinery.
