An Agreement in which all relevant rights are transferred from one RightsController to another, temporarily or permanently. CatalogTranfers include situations where a RightsController authorizes a Party to be an exclusive Licensee.

Parents	Agreement	An Assertion made by two or more Asserters.
Children	UsStatutoryReversion	A CatalogTransfer that is a statutory reversion according to US copyright law, i.e. an ownership deal reverts to the original owner after a number of years.
