A Status of a RightsClaim.

Belongs to Class	AllowedValueSet	A Set of allowed values.
AVS Members	Conflict	A State in which there is a Conflict.
	DRAFT_DataInconsistent	A State in which a RightsClaim cannot be accepted because of, for example, an email conversation that described a different claim picture. This value can also be used to signal when the sender repeats claim information that has been agreed between sender and recipient to be false.
	NoConflict	A State in which there is no Conflict.
	PendingReview	A State in which a RightsClaim is pending review.
	DRAFT_Rejected	A State in which a RightsClaim is rejected for whatever reason.
	DRAFT_Revoked	A State in which the status message is sent in reply to a RevokeSoundRecordingRightsClaimMessage.
