A purpose of Message.

Relationships
Belongs to Class	AllowedValueSet	A Set of allowed values.
AVS Members	LicenseRequest	A value to indicate that the LicenseRequestMessage is sent as part of an attempt to licence a MusicalWork (or a RightShare thereof), but not under a 'New Digital Media Agreement'. This value does not apply if a License has already been granted, e.g. by the artist in a controlled composition clause.
	NdmaLicenseRequest	A value to indicate that the LicenseRequestMessage is sent as part of an attempt to licence a MusicalWork (or a RightShare thereof) under a 'New Digital Media Agreement'.
	Notification	A value to indicate that the LicenseRequestMessage is sent to inform a (part) owner of a MusicalWork that the MessageSender plans to utilise the MusicalWork. This value applies if a License is already in place, e.g. in the case of statutory licences or licenses granted by the artist in a controlled composition clause.
