A Type of Error.

Belongs to Class	AllowedValueSet	A Set of allowed values.
AVS Members	ConformanceError	An Error due to data that is missing while it is mandatory, either in the standard or in the business rules of the recipient.
	LogicalError	An Error due to data that is not compatible with other data, e.g. a year of publication that is anterior to the year of recording.
	UserDefined	A Type of an Entity which is defined by a sender of a DdexMessage in a manner acceptable to its recipient.
