Publisher

A supporting term for the messages.

A Party that makes a Resource available. Publishers are also normally responsible for creating or compiling the Resource, and they will commonly be a RightsController in it.

Relationships
Parents	Creator	A Maker of a Creation.
	RightsController	A Party who owns and/or controls Rights in a MusicalWork and/or a Resource.
	User	An Agent that does something to or with another Resource, or that possesses it.
Children	BookPublisher	A Publisher of books.
	FilmDistributor	A Publisher of films.
	NewspaperPublisher	A Publisher of newspapers.
	PeriodicalPublisher	A Publisher of periodicals (e.g. magazines, journals).
