A Type of order.

Relationships
AVS Members	BackCatalogOrder	An avs:OrderType in which the referenced Releases are back catalog Releases.
	ExpressOrder	An avs:OrderType in which the referenced Releases should be procesed expeditioulsy.
	HardDiskOrder	An avs:OrderType in which the referenced Releases have been provided on a hard disk to the MessageRecipient.
	MetadataOnlyOrder	An avs:OrderType in which only metadata and no Resources are delivered.
	NewReleaseOrder	An avs:OrderType in which the referenced Releases are new Releases.
	OffCycleRushOrder	An avs:OrderType in which the referenced Releases are new Releases. Their schedule is delayed, which makes it mandatory they have a higher priority than NewReleaseOrders.
