Namespace

An IdentifierType for a set of Element values.

Comments	Scope: A DDEX Namespace may relate to an XML namespace (which is a location on the World Wide Web where information is stored), but has a different and broader meaning.
	Example: Examples: 'ISO 639' for iso639a2:LanguageCodes, 'PRC' for a particular DdexMessage, or an organization for a ProprietaryId.
