An Agreement which is a policy about the intended or permitted Use of a Creation, in which one of the Parties is a RightsController of the Creation, and the other is (or represents) a potential User.

Comments

Scope: An abstract representation of an Agreement between two or more Parties (LicenseParties) which defines the terms and conditions under which one or more Creations may be used.
