A message term for mlc:DeclarationOfSoundRecordingRightsClaimMessage, mlc:RightsClaimStatusUpdateMessage.

A version identifier of audiovisual Works identified by an International Standard Audiovisual Number, the ISO 15706-2 StandardIdentifier for versions of audiovisual Works (http://www.isan.org).

DDEX will enforce the syntax [A-F0-9]{24} using XML Schema in the future.	0-1
