A Name which is unique within its domain.

Scope: An Identifier is a Name which is (or at least is intended to be) unique within its domain or namespace.

Parents	Name	A Thing which denotes an Entity and which is capable of being written.
Children	ContextId	An Identifier of a Context.
	CreationId	An Identifier of a Creation.
	CurrencyCode	An Identifier identifying a Currency.
