A message term for mlc:DeclarationOfSoundRecordingRightsClaimMessage.

A program that enables a Computer to perform a specific task(s).

Parents	Resource	A digital Fixation of an expression of an abstract Work (such as a SoundRecording, a Video, an Image, Software, or a passage of Text).
