A Type of TextCodec.

AVS Members	ASCII	American Standard Code for Information Interchange as defined in ISO 464.
	EBU-TT	The EBU-TT format for subtitling data exchange (based on TTML), as defined by the European Broadcasting Union (aka EBU 3264).
	HTML	HyperText Markup Language as defined by W3C.
