To indicate a Deal that is valid at the time of sending of a ern:NewReleaseMessage, the MessageSender should use a StartDate or StartDateTime set in the past. No EndDate in this Composite means that the Deal is valid until further notice. StartDate and EndDate are deprecated and StartDateTime/EndDateTime should be used instead.
