AVS Members	DeliveredToReleaseDistributor	A SupplyChainStatus indicating that a Release has been delivered to the ReleaseDistributor.
	InDeliveryToReleaseDistributor	A SupplyChainStatus indicating that a Release is currently being delivered to the ReleaseDistributor.
	InPreparationForDeliveryToReleaseDistributor	A SupplyChainStatus indicating that a Release is currently being prepared to be delivered to the ReleaseDistributor.
