A purpose of Message.

Relationships
AVS Members	LicenseRequest	A value to indicate that the LicenseRequestMessage is sent as part of an attempt to licence a MusicalWork (or a RightShare thereof), but not under a 'New Digital Media Agreement'.
	NdmaLicenseRequest	A value to indicate that the LicenseRequestMessage is sent as part of an attempt to licence a MusicalWork (or a RightShare thereof) under a 'New Digital Media Agreement'.
	Notification	A value to indicate that the LicenseRequestMessage is sent to inform a (part) owner of a MusicalWork that the MessageSender plans to utilise the MusicalWork.
