Zydeco
Blend of blues, R&B, jazz, gospel and traditional Creole musical styles originated by French Creole speakers in southwest Louisiana. Separate from, but frequently influenced by Cajun music. Common instruments include accordion, fiddle, guitar, bass and washboard.
