A Type of Reason for an exception.

Relationships
Belongs to Class	AllowedValueSet	A Set of allowed values.
AVS Members	DisputedByLicensee	A reason that applies if the data is disputed by a Licensee.
	DisputedByRelinquishingPublisher	A reason that applies if the data is disputed by a RelinquishingPublisher.
	NotFound	A reason that applies if the data could not be found.
