DDEX Membership application

The process for notifying Revenue figures to DDEX is as follows:

Full Members with public accounts

Full Members that, through whatever mechanism, are required to make their annual accounts public or that do not require their Revenue figures to be kept confidential, the process for determining the applicable membership dues, shall require the member simply to provide a revenue figure (from those public accounts where they exist) to the DDEX Secretariat, and, where applicable, an indication, with appropriate explanations, of any deductions from that revenue figure the member is claiming on the basis that it is not applicable revenue.

Full Members with conficantial accounts

Full Members wishing to keep their Revenue figure confidential need to notify the DDEX Secretariat that it wishes to submit the Revenue figure (and, where applicable, an indication, with appropriate explanations, of any deductions from that revenue figure) to an accountancy firm duly authorised by the DDEX Board for the purpose.

DDEX Secretariat will provide contact information for accountancy firm, who shall notify the DDEX Secretariat of the amount of the membership dues.

Disclosure of revenue information

When reporting overall DDEX revenues to the DDEX Board, the DDEX Secretariat will only identify the number of Full Members paying at a given membership dues level, without any reference to the names of the members or their Revenue figures.
